Windhoek will host the opening round of the Three Ships Premier League this month as Wanderers take on United in a fixture that many are tipping as an early test of title credentials.
Both sides have strengthened over the winter. Wanderers have added a pair of quick bowlers to a batting order that already carried plenty of depth, while United have leaned on youth, promoting several players from their under-19 side.
CCD, who finished the last campaign strongly, follow a week later against Wanderers. Selectors for the Desert Eagles are expected to watch closely, with places in the national squad still open ahead of the next ICC qualification window.
Play begins at 10:00 on Sunday. This is a sample article included to preview the cricket hub.
